Portable and variable
The patented aluminium marking head, protected in a sturdy plastic housing, allows the PortaDot 50-25 to be used in most industrial environments. Heavy parts can be marked directly on site rather than having to be transported.

High flexibility
The marking range of 50 mm x 25 mm covers most marking applications with a single programmable system. Variable marking force for optimum marking depth on all materials up to 62 HRC (800 HV). The spindle-driven marking head guarantees a point accuracy that cannot be achieved by other systems. This makes the PortaDot 50-25 capable of 2D DataMatrix code marking applications.

Simple operation – ready for immediate use
The compact, ergonomic design allows for easy operation and is ready to use in any location. The highly functional software minimises operator training time and maximises production efficiency. Multi-language user interface allows choice of font styles and sizes, square and arc markings, serial numbers, date and time markings.

Quiet, fast and efficient marking
With no compressed air supply and only a power connection, the PortaDot 50-25 is not only highly efficient, but also significantly quieter than compressed air-driven systems.

Wide range of applications
Standard hardware options include Prisms plate for marking round components, table and column for table-mounted applications and an extended cable up to 9 m (3 m standard) for full freedom of movement. The Windows software option allows the operator to control the system through a familiar PC Windows user interface and offers enhanced network and data storage capabilities.
