Marktronic PortaDot 100-75

The robust mobile dot marker offers the largest marking area and can optionally be operated pneumatically. Ideal for steel mills and steel trade. (Marking area 100 mm x 75 mm)

The Marktronic PortaDot 100-75 is another step into the future of simple and flexible marking of your products. The workpiece no longer has to be brought to the marking machine, instead you go to the product with the dot marking machine. Almost all materials (up to 62 HRC, 800 VHN) can be marked with the carbide stylus.

Programmable markings:

• in straight lines that can be displayed at any angle (0 – 360°)
• arc-shaped or circular
• on the circumference of cylindrical workpieces

Faster text change than with conventional marking systems:

Text, font height and embossing thickness can be easily changed using the standard keyboard. Simple logos and trademarks can be programmed by the user and permanently stored for future use.

Test run facility:
The engraving stylus traverses the area to be marked, reducing mis-marks.

The Varidot font allows the dot pitch to be changed for better display of characters in large font heights. The possible reduction of the dot pitch creates an almost continuous line.

The graver marks most materials and hardened metals up to 62 HRC, 800 VHN.

The machine consists of marking head, computer, keyboard, connecting cable (5 m) and an attachment for straight workpieces.
