Double numbering head

A double embossing unit is suitable for embossing metal sheets and signs in a raised or recessed manner and for still being able to read the embossing after further processing (e.g. electroplating).

These embossing units are used when plates or sheets have to be embossed both in relief and in relief, e.g. because they are still to be galvanised. The double embossing unit consists of one embossing unit with raised numbers, letters or logos and one embossing unit with recessed numbers, letters or logos. For exact alignment, a column guide frame is required, which can be supplied on request. For the production of stamps or signs, the embossing unit can also be combined with punching tools and hole punches.
