Marktronic InScribe 4000

Scribing machines are used for the mechanical engraving of stainless steels up to precious metals. Characters, lines, logos and pictograms are engraved continuously, but mechanically and software-controlled.

The InScribe is a very quiet marking system that produces high clarity, continuous line markings for those who need to display information with maximum legibility. The InScribe engravers are often the best solution for automotive manufacturers who need to mark engines and chassis with individual identification numbers and manufacturing information, and often combine this with marking their brand logo. It offers full flexibility to mark all these different types of information with just one machine.

It can be integrated into an existing production line, reducing the cost and maintenance of additional machines and shortening process time. It is a very fast and very quiet marking station.

The marking produced is very legible due to the continuous line and the high-precision XY axis mechanism with ball screw. It can even mark on uneven surfaces. Furthermore, it can produce marks on many different materials as it has an adjustable depth.

The InScribe is optionally equipped with a carbide tip or a diamond tip. The carbide tip is best for heavy duty applications where a wider and deeper mark is required. The diamond tip is much finer and is ideal for marking smaller characters and more intricate details, such as logos.
