Portable Press
The portable press can be used to emboss unhardened flat and round materials up to a height of 40 mm. The embossing is still legible even after galvanising.
The portable press works with a hydraulic compression powered by a rechargeable battery. This makes it very flexible to use.
The marking force is up to 10 tons and is coarse adjustable.
With this press you can mark unhardened flat and round materials with a maximum height of 40 mm.
As an embossing tool you can use a type holder of the article Group 1340 (catalog page 50) and steel types of Group 1415 or 1416 (catalog page 48) or a manual numbering head of article group 1601 (catalog page 41).
Two counter pressure plates are available:
1. Counter pressure plate with adjustable stopfor flat material, max. Immersion depth from the edge of the material 35 mm
2. Prism counter pressure plate for round material up to 40 mm diameter
The portable press comes with a second handle for better handling. This handle can be screwed on the left or right site (for right- or left-handed).
For ergonomically optimal work the portable press can be hung on a balancer. A robust eyelet has been integrated within the housing.
