The 3.7 kg hand-held dot-marker is an extremely versatile, lightweight and mobile marking device with a marking window of 60 x 30 mm. It is powered by a 36-volt Bosch battery and features patented technology that ensures marking power does not diminish as battery power diminishes. Programming is done via an integrated 5.7-inch touchscreen display, which is covered with a protective screen as standard and can be operated with the included stylus. The integrated control system is based on our proven 4000 series controller and has many of the same functions and features as the 4000 series external controller. Marking programmes can be created, edited and stored directly in the marking machine via the 5.7" touch screen display so that they can be easily loaded the next time the programme is used. The very lightweight and ergonomic hand-held dot marker has been specifically designed to combine the flexibility of the PortaDot range and the benefits of the 4000 generation controller in an all-in-one mobile dot-marker. This makes it ideal for applications where it is advantageous to transport the marking device to the workpiece.
