This compact machine series was specially designed and developed for use in existing production plants with limited space or for complete turnkey installations. The machine is dust- and splash-proof and can thus be used in harsh environments without any problems. Thanks to the high-quality workmanship and the use of high-quality components, such as a robust threaded spindle drive, the machine guarantees reliable and high-quality marking for most industrial marking applications. The InDot is thus a marking system suitable for all tasks that cannot be completed with the standard machines. The purely electric solenoid with programmable punching force and the durable full carbide needle mean that materials up to a hardness level of 62 HRc (800Hv) can be easily marked with alphanumeric characters, logos and data matrix codes. Available with a comprehensive range of accessories for your specific marking requirements, the InDot is the number one choice for meeting the high demands of dot matrix marking in the metal and automotive industries, as well as aerospace technology. The InDot is supplied with a 3 m connection cable as standard. A wide range of connection options is also provided. The control system has a 24 V digital input/output with 8 inputs and 6 outputs. These can be programmed to control a customer system using a simple script language. The two RS 232 interfaces can be used to download marking data or to control the machine. An optionally available TCP/IP Ethernet connection also allows the machine to be controlled from a central server. To ensure that the machine always delivers a uniform marking quality, an automatic distance setting system (Autosense) is available in combination with an optional electric Z-axis.
