This kind of work is still carried out by hand in some cases. The use of a hammer spring impact press enables these processes to be completed in a modern and efficient manner. Operating method: A certain level of force is required to carry out the described processes. This is generated in these impact presses by a spring and a striking pin. The spring- loaded hammer is compressed to a certain point and then released based on the specific requirements. The striking pin then transfers this force to the clamped tool. Considerable forces are created due to the speed of the impact. By adjusting the tension of the spring, the force of the impact can be steplessly adjusted. The manual force required is minimal because the hand-operated lever is only used to carry out the loading and clamping process. The effective working force is achieved due to the special design of the hammer spring impact press. The hammer spring impact presses are available in three different versions. Each of them is delivered with different tensioning springs that enable the stepless adjustment of the impact force directly on the press.
