It is a robust and compact marking machine that is very flexible, very precise and works quickly. Thanks to the high-quality workmanship and the use of high-quality components, such as ball screw spindles, dual linear guides and bearing sets, the compact BenchDot is easy to integrate into a manufacturing environment. The BenchDot is ideal for marking small to medium-sized components of various forms with alphanumeric information, logos and data matrix codes. Available with a comprehensive range of accessories for your specific marking requirements, the BenchDot is the number one choice for meeting the high demands of dot matrix marking in the metal and automotive industries, as well as aerospace technology. The BenchDot is thus a marking system suitable for all required tasks. The already high-quality machine is enhanced by the durable, full carbide needle, which can easily mark all materials up to a hardness level of around 62 HRc (800 Hv). The BenchDot is mounted on a manually adjustable stand as standard (optionally with an electric Z-axis and Autosense) and does not require a compressed air supply. It is thus extremely efficient and significantly quieter than pneumatically operated systems. The machine can also be optionally retrofitted for pneumatic deep marking so that it can produce very deep markings. The pneumatic deep marking system can emboss structural steel to a depth of 1.5 mm. This is ideal for the marking of engine blocks and cast parts. With a special marking head and a pneumatic connection, the Benchdot 3000 can be retrofitted as a scribe marking machine.
